KMUTNB is ranked at the top of the country for 3 subject areas.

Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) has announced the results of the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2023 on March 22, 2023.

King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) has been ranked in three subject areas, two of which are new rankings. KMUTNB is ranked at the top of the country for all three subject areas.

The university has been ranked in Natural Science – Mathematics at 451-500 in the world, second in Thailand. In Engineering- Chemical, it is ranked 401-420 globally and fifth in Thailand. Additionally, in Engineering- Mechanical, Aeronautical & Manufacturing, the university has maintained its continuous ranking at 451-500 globally and third in Thailand, the same as in 2022.

The QS World University Rankings by Subject 2023 are ranked based on five indicators, including academic reputation, employer reputation, research citations per paper, H-index, and international research network. This ranking reflects the university’s excellence in teaching and research in various subject areas, which are continuously developed.
