Bangkok, Thailand — The Faculty of Engineering at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) is pleased to announce the arrival of our newest international intern, Mr. Stanislas Boleslaw Gérard ZUKOWSKI–CATRIULET, joining us from France.
Mr. ZUKOWSKI–CATRIULET will be completing an intensive exchange program with our faculty from June 1, 2026, to August 27, 2026. He joins us from the distinguished Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Technologies Industrielles (ENSGTI) at the University of Pau and the Adour Region (UPPA) in France.
Advancing Biomass Research in Chemical Engineering
During his time at KMUTNB, Mr. ZUKOWSKI–CATRIULET will be integrated into the vibrant academic culture of our campus, gaining hands-on experience and utilizing our advanced laboratory facilities.
He will be working within the Department of Chemical Engineering under the expert supervision of Assoc. Prof. Santi Chuetor. His primary research focus during this internship will be:
“Development of lignin extraction and bio-oil production process from lignocellulosic biomass”
This vital research topic aligns seamlessly with the Faculty of Engineering’s dedication to advancing sustainable energy solutions and green chemical processes, further strengthening our collaborative research ties with European institutions.
A Warm KMUTNB Welcome
International exchange programs are a cornerstone of our vibrant academic community, providing invaluable opportunities for cross-cultural learning, technical knowledge sharing, and global networking. We kindly encourage all faculty members, researchers, and students to extend a warm welcome to Mr. ZUKOWSKI–CATRIULET as he navigates our campus this summer.
