🟢 All students must check their exam seat numbers at >>> https://www.eng.kmutnb.ac.th/eservice/exam/seating
📌 If you check and find that you ✔️ HAVE a seat number (for scheduled exam subjects), no further action is required. You may attend the exam as indicated by the system.
📌 If you check and find that you ✖️ DO NOT have a seat number, please proceed with the following steps:
✅ Step 1: Download the "Request for Exam Seat Number" form at >> https://kmutnb.link/requestengexamseating
Fill in the information completely and prepare the attachments required in Step 2.
(1 Request Form per 1 Subject)
✅ Step 2: Download and print the "Request for Tuition Fee Deferral" from the REG system, OR print the "Request for Late Registration/Course Addition."
✅ Step 3: Submit the documents from Steps 1 and 2 at the Education Services Division, Building 81, 3rd Floor, Counter 4.
Dates: January 12 - 16, 2026 (Official working days)
Time: 08:30 AM - 04:00 PM (Open during lunch break/No lunch break closure)
✅ Step 4: You will receive a document confirming your exam room for the date and time requested. Please take a photo of this document for your records.
🔴 Failure to complete this process by the deadline will be considered as an intention not to take the exam in any case.
