The student exchange program is designed for students who want to take classes abroad, with a minimum of 25 ECTs.

Language Requirements
Exchange students are expected to have a B2 level of English in order to participate in courses taught in English. Exchange students can only be admitted into courses if they have the necessary prerequisites to follow the class. This is especially the case for laboratory classes and Master’s level courses.
Exchange students must be officially nominated by their home university. Upon nomination, students will receive a personalized registration link to the online application portal for incoming exchange students.
Application Deadlines
- Winter Semester (Sept/Oct – Jan/Feb) – 1 June
- Summer Semester (Feb/March – June/July) – 15 November
Students must be officially nominated by their home institutions (e-mail to the according International Office) at the latest 2 weeks before above application deadlines.
