📄 เอกสารที่นักศึกษาต้องส่งหลังรับทุนฝึกงาน

ผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะต้องเตรียมเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้:

1. Student Nominated: กรอกข้อมูลให้เรียบร้อย พร้อมใส่รูปภาพให้ครบถ้วน บันทึกไฟล์เป็น .Doc และ .Pdf

2. จดหมายแนะนำตนเอง (Cover Letter): เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ พิมพ์ลง Microsoft Word และบันทึกไฟล์เป็น .Doc

3. Transcript: ฉบับออกให้โดยมหาวิทยาลัยเวอร์ชันภาษาอังกฤษ สแกนเป็นไฟล์สี .Pdf เท่านั้น

4. หนังสือรับรองการเป็นนักศึกษา: ฉบับออกให้โดยมหาวิทยาลัย เวอร์ชันภาษาอังกฤษ สแกนเป็นไฟล์สี .Pdf เท่านั้น

5. CV หรือ Resume: เลือกอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง บันทึกเป็นไฟล์ .Pdf เท่านั้น

6. Recommendation Letter

7. ผลทดสอบทางภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาอื่นๆ: มีหรือไม่มีก็ได้

8. แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน (Portfolio): เฉพาะนักศึกษาสถาปัตยกรรมทุกสาขา ส่งไฟล์ผลงานขนาดไม่เกิน 150 MB

9. Passport: สแกนหน้าคู่เป็นไฟล์สี .Pdf เท่านั้น

10. แบบฟอร์มเฉพาะสำหรับเยอรมนี: เฉพาะนักศึกษารับทุนประเทศเยอรมัน ให้กรอกแบบฟอร์มเฉพาะพร้อมอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา หัวหน้าสาขา หรือหัวหน้าภาควิชาลงนาม พร้อมประทับตรา

11. การตั้งชื่อไฟล์: ตั้งชื่อไฟล์ให้เรียบร้อยโดยเรียงลำดับตามหัวข้อด้านบน

📥 วิธีการส่งเอกสารและกำหนดการ:

• ให้นักศึกษาส่งไฟล์มาที่อีเมล iaeste.index@op.kmutnb.ac.th

• ตั้งชื่อเรื่องอีเมล: รหัสทุน_ชื่อ-นามสกุล (ตัวอย่างเช่น: DE-0000-0000-0 นางสาวแสนดี)

• กำหนดส่งเอกสารทั้งหมดภายในวันที่ 6 มีนาคม 2569 เท่านั้น

Great news for students looking to gain international work experience! The IAESTE program is now accepting applications for 2026 internships at 4 leading institutions/companies abroad.

📌 Available Internship Offers

• 1. Indonesia (Offer Ref: ID-2026-03)

  • Host: Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta

  • Field of Study: Industrial Engineering / System Engineering

  • Duration: 4 – 8 weeks

  • Stipend: 3,000,000 IDR / Month + accommodation 1,000,000 IDR / Month

📄 Required Documents for Selected Students

Students who have accepted the offer must submit the following documents:

1. Student Nominated Form: Fully complete the form, attach a photo, and save it as both .Doc and .Pdf files.

2. Cover Letter: Must be in English, typed in Microsoft Word, and saved as a .Doc file.

3. Official Transcript: English version issued by the university, scanned as a color .Pdf file only.

4. Certificate of Student Status: English version issued by the university, scanned as a color .Pdf file only.

5. CV or Resume: Submit either one as a .Pdf file only.

6. Recommendation Letter

7. English or other language proficiency test results: Optional.

8. Portfolio: For Architecture students only (file size must not exceed 150 MB).

9. Passport: Scan the double page as a color .Pdf file only.

10. Germany Specific Form: Only for students going to Germany; must be signed by the advisor, branch head, or department head, and stamped with the university or department seal.

11. File Naming: Please name your files in the order listed above.
