KMUTNB Faculty of Engineering Students Embark on Cultural Journey to Korean Cultural Center!

On Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, a vibrant group of students from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok’s (KMUTNB) Faculty of Engineering had a captivating visit to the Korean Cultural Center. This enriching experience was a cornerstone of our cultural enrichment activities, designed to deepen our students’ understanding and appreciation of Korean heritage.
Led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Tanaporn Rojhirunsakool, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and accompanied by Ms. Jiyoon Park, a KOICA volunteer, the students immersed themselves in various aspects of Korean culture. A highlight of the visit was attending the opening ceremony of an exhibition showcasing the remarkable works of Korean film art directors, which commenced at 3:00 PM.
Beyond the exhibition, the students had the unique opportunity to explore traditional Korean crafts (making an ancient lantern), experience the elegance of wearing hanbok (traditional Korean attire), learn about Korean directors, and enjoy a comprehensive tour of the Korean Cultural Center.
